    We do not offer any refunds; however, we can reschedule your reservation within a 72 hour notice. After that, a 50% rescheduling fee will apply. You Have A Full Year To Rebook, So You Don’t Have To Worry About Missing Anything.
  • What Happens In Case Of Bad Weather?
    We Always Ask That You Check The Forecast Before You Select A Date If You Are Able To Do So. If bad weather is expected, we can deliver your picnic at an indoor location or reschedule your reservation following our cancellation policy.
  • Can You Service A Location Outside Of The Locations Listed?
    A Travel Fee Will Most Likely Be Applied For Locations Outside Of our area And Ability To Service That Location Is Dependent On Our Availability. If You Have Questions, Email Us At Info@Majesticpicnic.com
  • Can you set up a picnic anywhere?
    We provide a list of the best picnic locations available, we also deliver the picnic to be setup at home or airbnb's (the items must remain at the home where they were delivered)
  • What If I Damage The Setup?
    We Are Happy To Clean Up After You, That’s Part Of Our Service, But If There Is Irreparable Damage To Our Equipment, The host of The Picnic Will Be Notified And The Credit Card On File Will Be Charged
  • How Much Notice is Needed To Prepare My Picnic?
    We Appreciate As Much Notice As Possible, but Same day picnic options are available!
  • Drinking Alcohol At Our Picnic
    It Is Always Important To Follow The Rules Of The Location You Have Chosen And To Be Responsible And Respectful. Majestic Picnic Is Not Liable For The Disregard Of Those Rules.
  • Food & Beverage Allowed
    You are welcome to bring your own food & beverages or let us serve you from one of our Vendors
  • Can we leave whenever we wan
    If you would like to leave earlier than the arranged time, please provide us a 30 min notice via phone call or text. You are responsible for the picnic items until we are able to return and pack up.
